I love needlework & have taught smocking, needle tatting, hardanger and heirloom sewing. Perpetual needle art student is a good description for me. I hope to keep right on learning!
I added this tatted motif to my block. The block seems to be mostly ready for beads and fancies, but I think I will live with it for a bit, just to be sure.
Hmm.. I like the sound of the beads for that motif. It sure is pretty, and love the color.
I just ordered a couple of books from the Handy Tatting thingy place...HA! God I can't remember my own name lately. Anywhoo.. I orderd the book that Karen was talking about (Celtic Tatting or something) and another beginner's book on Needle Tatting. Watch out world... whoosh!
